PREAMBLE
These general terms and conditions of sale are entered into on the one hand by the company MEV, a Société à Responsabilité Limitée with a share capital of €10,000, whose registered office is located at 16 rue de la Clef, Lille – 59800, registered with the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 751 232 653, hereinafter referred to as "LES PIPLETTES", and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website www.lespiplettesstore.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".
These terms apply to a consumer who has full legal capacity, is at least 18 years of age, or if a minor, guarantees that they hold parental authorisation to place their order.
These general terms and conditions are presented in French.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between LES PIPLETTES and the Customer, as well as the conditions applicable to any order placed through the website www.lespiplettesstore.fr.
Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed upon by LES PIPLETTES.
LES PIPLETTES reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In such cases, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the order is placed by the Customer.
ARTICLE 2 - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS OFFERED
The items offered for sale are those listed in the catalogue published on the website www.lespiplettesstore.fr. Each product is accompanied by a description, a photograph and care instructions.
The catalogue photographs are as accurate as possible and form part of the contractual scope. However, we inform the Customer that they cannot guarantee perfect similarity. The colours of items may not exactly match the actual colours due to the internet browser, screen, or device used.
ARTICLE 3 - PRICES
The prices listed in the catalogue are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), in euros, and take into account the VAT rate applicable on the day the order is placed; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products.
LES PIPLETTES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalogue on the day the order is placed will be the only price applicable to the Customer.
The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are detailed at the time of order confirmation.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER
To place an order, the Customer must:
1. Create a customer account or log in to their existing account
2. Select the desired items and add them to the cart
3. Review the contents of the cart
4. Enter or verify their delivery and billing details
5. Choose the delivery method
6. Make payment under the conditions provided
7. Confirm their order after reading and accepting these T&Cs
Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full awareness of their contents, and waiver of the right to rely on the Customer's own purchasing conditions or other conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall serve as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
LES PIPLETTES will send confirmation of the recorded order by email.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
LES PIPLETTES cannot under any circumstances be held liable in the event of an input error or transmission of an input error that prevents the delivery of the confirmation email and/or the items.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
LES PIPLETTES undertakes to deliver the ordered items subject to available stock. In the event of a product being unavailable, LES PIPLETTES will offer a refund of the corresponding price within a maximum of 15 days following payment.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is due upon ordering.
Payments can be made by:
• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay
Payments are secured and processed through the Shopify Payments secure payment system. All transmitted information is encrypted and no third party can access it during transmission over the network.
To protect the Customer against potential intrusion, LES PIPLETTES does not store credit card numbers on its servers.
The 3D Secure protocol is applied to enhance transaction security.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY
DELIVERY METHODS
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
Products purchased on the Site are delivered to Metropolitan France, French Overseas Territories, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the United States, and Canada.

TIMEFRAMES AND TRACKING
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
In the event of a delivery delay or unavailability of an ordered item, LES PIPLETTES will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible and will propose a new date and/or, where applicable, a similar available item.
The Customer can track their order directly on our service providers' websites using a tracking number sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched by LES PIPLETTES.
ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 15 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalty.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:
• In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
• With their original tags
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by the delivery note
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

OPTION 2: POSTAL RETURN WITH SHOPIFY RETURN LABEL
1. Log in to your customer account: lespiplettesstore.fr/account
2. Select your order
3. Click on "Request a Return"
4. Select the items to return and the reason
5. Generate and print your FREE return label
6. Drop off your parcel at a drop-off point
⚠️ Return fee contribution: €4.00 will be deducted from your final refund to cover processing and return costs.
REFUND
Once the return has been received and verified, LES PIPLETTES will process the refund within 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of receipt of the returned parcel by LES PIPLETTES.
The refund will be made to the payment method used when placing the order.
Amount refunded:
• In-store return: Full item amount
• Postal return with label: Item amount – €4.00 contribution
Initial delivery charges are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.
DEFECTIVE ITEM OR DELIVERY ERROR
In the event that the ordered product is defective or does not correspond to the item ordered, the Customer may request an exchange or refund. All delivery and return costs will then be borne entirely by LES PIPLETTES.

ARTICLE 8 - WARRANTIES
All products supplied by LES PIPLETTES benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, collected, exchanged or refunded.
Regardless of the issue with the item, a copy of the invoice and the return slip must be enclosed.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY
LES PIPLETTES, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional issues.
LES PIPLETTES cannot be held liable for:
• Delays or stock shortages beyond its control
• Fraudulent use of credit cards
• Damage caused by abnormal or improper use of the products
ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website www.lespiplettesstore.fr (texts, images, graphics, logo, videos, etc.) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of LES PIPLETTES.
No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.
Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of LES PIPLETTES.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA
The Customer is informed and accepts that their personal data may be collected on the Site and used by LES PIPLETTES, acting as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR").
LES PIPLETTES undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of its Customers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR, in particular by taking all appropriate precautions to prevent such data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Customers' personal data may be passed on to contractual service providers and partners (carriers, payment service providers, site host) who are directly involved in the management of orders. These sub-contractors may only act on the instructions of LES PIPLETTES.
PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION
Customers' personal data is collected for the following purposes:
• Managing orders and customer relations
• Informing Customers about commercial offers and information
• Sending newsletters and special offers
• Improving and personalising the services offered
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations
Customers' personal data is retained only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes set out above.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the following rights:

To exercise one or more of these rights, the Customer must send a request by email to contact@lespiplettesstore.fr or by post to:

Each request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the Customer's signature, and must specify the address to which a reply should be sent.
A response will be provided within 2 months of receipt of the request.
The Customer may communicate to LES PIPLETTES specific instructions defining how they wish their rights under the GDPR to be exercised after their death.
ARTICLE 12 - ARCHIVING AND PROOF
LES PIPLETTES archives order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
The computerised records of LES PIPLETTES will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator within one year of their written complaint to our services.

ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These online terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute on substance or form, and in the absence of an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction in accordance with the rules of common law.

ARTICLE 16 - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
If one or more clauses of these T&Cs are declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall continue to apply.
The failure to invoke a clause of the T&Cs at any given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke it at a later date.
