Right of Withdrawal

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return of one or more items.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

- With their original tags

- In their original packaging

- Accompanied by the delivery note

How to Make a Return?

OPTION 1: In-Store Return (FREE)

Come directly to our Lille store with your items and your delivery note:

OPTION 2: Return by Post

1. Log in to your customer account: lespiplettesstore.fr/account

2. Select your order

3. Click on "Request a Return"

4. Select the items to return and the reason

5. Generate your FREE return label

6. Print the label and attach it to your parcel

7. Drop off your parcel at a drop-off point

Send your parcel to the address indicated on the label.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: 

• Parcels must be dropped off at a POST OFFICE only
• We refuse any parcel returned via Mondial Relay
• Return fee contribution: €4.00 will be deducted from your final refund to cover processing and return costs.
  
  

International Returns (Outside Metropolitan France and EU)

For customers outside France and the European Union, please send your parcel to:

Use the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Les Piplettes does not cover any customs fees.

The refund will be processed within 1 week of receiving your return.

Refund

Once your return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Amount refunded:

• In-store return: Full item amount

• Postal return: Item amount - €4.00 contribution

Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Defective Items 

If you wish to return a defective item, please notify us by email BEFORE sending it to: contact@lespiplettesstore.fr

Without prior notification, the item will be returned to you.
