Would you like to return one or more items? You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your order and request a refund.

Only items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags attached) will be refunded or exchanged.

In-store returns are only accepted at our Lille boutique, located at 16 rue de la Clef, Lille. Please return items in their original packaging along with the delivery note included in your parcel.

Returns from mainland France and the EU:

For all orders shipped within France and the EU, our return process is straightforward: simply generate a return label from your customer account. A flat fee of €4 will be deducted from your final refund.

We recommend reusing the original packaging. Parcels using return labels generated on the site should be dropped off at your nearest post office.

1. Complete the returns form by clicking here.
2. Place your items in their original packaging along with the delivery note already included in the parcel.
3. Print your Colissimo return label from your account and affix it to the parcel.
4. Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.
5. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within one week and credited back to your bank account.

We do not accept returns via Mondial Relay.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. Les Piplettes does not cover any customs fees. Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving your return.
