PREAMBLE
These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company MEV, a Limited Liability Company with a capital of 10,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 16 rue de la Clef in Lille – 59800, registered with the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 751 232 653, hereinafter referred to as "LES PIPLETTES," and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lespiplettesstore.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."
These conditions apply to consumers who have full legal capacity, are at least 18 years old, or if minors, guarantee that they have parental authorization to place their order.
These general conditions are presented in French.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between LES PIPLETTES and the Client, as well as the conditions applicable to any order placed through the www.lespiplettesstore.fr website.
The validation of an order implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.
These terms of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by LES PIPLETTES.
LES PIPLETTES reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the Client's order.
ARTICLE 2 - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED
The items offered for sale are those listed in the catalog published on the www.lespiplettesstore.fr website. Each product is accompanied by a description, a photograph, and care recommendations.
The catalog photographs are as accurate as possible and are part of the contractual scope. However, we inform the Client that they cannot guarantee a perfect similarity. The colors of the items may not exactly match the actual colors due to the internet browser, screen, or the device used.
ARTICLE 3 - PRICE
The prices listed in the catalog are All Taxes Included (TTC) prices, in euros, and take into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products.
LES PIPLETTES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client.
The indicated prices do not include delivery costs, which are detailed at the time of order validation.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER
To place an order, the Client must:
1. Create a customer account or log in to an existing account
2. Select the desired items and add them to the cart
3. Check the contents of the cart
4. Provide or verify delivery and billing details
5. Choose the delivery method
6. Make payment under the specified conditions
7. Validate the order after having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own purchase conditions or other conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be considered as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
LES PIPLETTES will send an email confirming the registered order.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
LES PIPLETTES cannot be held responsible in case of input error or transmission error preventing the delivery of the confirmation email and/or the items.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
LES PIPLETTES undertakes to deliver ordered items within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of a product, LES PIPLETTES will offer a refund of the corresponding price for that product within a maximum of 15 days following payment.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is due upon order.

Payments are secured and processed through the Shopify Payments secure payment system. Transmitted information is encrypted, and no third party can access it during transport over the network.
To protect the Client against potential intrusion, LES PIPLETTES does not store credit card numbers on its computer servers.
The 3D Secure protocol is applied to enhance transaction security.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY
DELIVERY METHODS
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form.

DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next business day.
In case of a delivery delay or unavailability of the ordered item, LES PIPLETTES will inform the Client by email as soon as possible and propose a new date and/or, if applicable, a similar available item.
The Client can track their order directly on our service providers' website using a tracking number provided by email as soon as the package is dispatched by LES PIPLETTES.
ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalty.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must imperatively be:
• In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
• With their original tags
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by the delivery note
Items not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. Click on "Request a return"
4. Select the items to return and the reason
5. Generate and print your FREE return label
6. Drop off your package at a drop-off point
⚠️ Contribution to return costs: €4.00 will be deducted from your final refund to cover processing and return costs.
REFUND
Once the return is received and verified, LES PIPLETTES will proceed with the refund within 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of receipt of the returned package by LES PIPLETTES.
The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.
Refund amount:
• In-store return: Total amount of the item
• Postal return with label: Item amount - €4.00 participation fee
Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in case of an error on our part or a defective item.
DEFECTIVE ITEM OR DELIVERY ERROR
In the event that the ordered product is defective or does not correspond to the ordered item, the Client may request an exchange or a refund. The shipping and return costs will then be entirely borne by LES PIPLETTES.

ARTICLE 8 - GUARANTEES
All products supplied by LES PIPLETTES benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, taken back, exchanged, or refunded.
Whatever the problem concerning the item, a copy of the invoice and the return slip must imperatively be attached.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY
LES PIPLETTES, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; its responsibility cannot be engaged for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
LES PIPLETTES cannot be held responsible for:
• Delays or stock shortages beyond its control
• Fraudulent use of credit cards
• Damages due to abnormal or non-compliant use of products
ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website www.lespiplettesstore.fr (texts, images, graphics, logo, videos, etc.) are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of LES PIPLETTES.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio.
Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of LES PIPLETTES.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA
The Client is informed and accepts that their personal data may be collected on the Site and used by LES PIPLETTES acting as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR").
LES PIPLETTES undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of its Clients' personal data in accordance with the GDPR, notably by taking all useful precautions to prevent this data from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
Clients' personal data may be transmitted to contractual service providers and partners (carriers, payment providers, website host) who intervene and directly contribute to order management. These subcontractors can only act under the instruction of LES PIPLETTES.
PURPOSES OF COLLECTION
Clients' personal data is collected for the following purposes:

Each request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the Client's signature and specify the reply address.
The response will be sent within 2 months following receipt of the request.
The Client may communicate specific directives to LES PIPLETTES in which he or she defines how he or she intends for his or her rights to be exercised after his or her death in accordance with the GDPR.
ARTICLE 12 - ARCHIVING AND PROOF
LES PIPLETTES archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of LES PIPLETTES will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.

ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These online terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the merits or the form, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction in accordance with the rules of common law.

The fact that a party does not avail itself, at a given time, of a clause in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself of it at a later date.
